This is the total event planning package and includes everything the bride and groom needs. This is perfect for the couple who wants every extraordinary detail styled to reflect their true being. This is our full service wedding package. During the consultation we will discuss the thoughts of the bride and groom and will work with their budget to present them with the best design, vendors and products to suit the needs for their wedding.
Our platinum wedding posh package includes:
- Complimentary initial consultation with the bride and groom to discuss wedding vision
- Unlimited access to planner via telephone and email to answer any questions that the client may have between consultation and wedding.
- Minimum of four planning meetings between clients and planner
- Assistance in preparing the budget, we will create budget tracking sheets and keep it up to date to assure that all cost stay in line with the budget
- Assistance in selecting color scheme, theme and style of the wedding and invitations, plus everything else needed to create the vision of the bride and groom
- Preparation and maintaining of schedule sheets and timelines for the wedding
- Provide a list of our preferred vendors
- Help find, negotiate contracts and book suitable vendors
- Schedule appointments and accompany clients to vendor meetings
- Handle vendor coordination and act as liaison to ensure services/products are provided in a timely manner
- Provide ongoing updates and consultation with clients about vendor services/products
- Consultation with vendors the month of the wedding
- Set up of schedules and itineraries for vendors
- Provide assistance for location tours, selection and booking of ceremony and reception venues
- Planning of Ceremony
- Walk-through with client at selected sites of the wedding
- Help with selection of wedding attire and accessories and accompaniment to fittings
- Keep track of RSVP's and who will be attending
- Provide monthly updates
- Review of all details with client, the month of wedding and the week prior to the wedding
- Package also includes services that are provided in the simply posh rehearsal and wedding day package
