“Oh the weather outside is frightful But the fire is so delightful And since we’ve no place to go Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow”! If you’re anywhere on the East Coast like me, it is possibly be snowing outside or the snow is possibly on it’s way. Therefore this is the perfect song to sing, and the best way to spend a snow day is inside baking cookies and drinking hot chocolate.

Our holiday cookie for this week is right in line for the season and the weather, Lemon-Coconut Snowballs, aren’t they adorable! These cookies will melt in your mouth and are very flavorful, the coconut and lemon combination is outstanding.  Easy to make, these will get four stars from everyone.

Wow, can you  believe we are 15 days away from Christmas? Are you done with you shopping and getting ready to celebrate at some holiday parties? Or maybe you’re getting ready to welcome out of town guest in for the holidays. We hope that whatever your plans are for this Christmas season that you will “celebrate life in style“!

We are in Week 5 of our holiday cookie countdown and I picked the Gingerbread Snowflake Cookies for a number of reasons. I love gingerbread cookies, they always remind me of the holidays and my childhood. Also these delish cookies are especially festive, I mean look at how cute they are! The gingerbread cookies will make great DIY holiday gifts and you mix up a batch and use them as ornaments for the Christmas tree, that would be so pretty.
