Lemon-Coconut Snowballs

“Oh the weather outside is frightful But the fire is so delightful And since we’ve no place to go Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow”! If you’re anywhere on the East Coast like me, it is possibly be snowing outside or the snow is possibly on it’s way. Therefore this is the perfect song to sing, and the best way to spend a snow day is inside baking cookies and drinking hot chocolate.

Our holiday cookie for this week is right in line for the season and the weather, Lemon-Coconut Snowballs, aren’t they adorable! These cookies will melt in your mouth and are very flavorful, the coconut and lemon combination is outstanding.  Easy to make, these will get four stars from everyone.
