With oh so sweet and cute party decorations from Ladybug plates, cups and party hats to a very adorable Ladybug Cake this very special occasion was filled with delightful and inspiring ideas!

So what was the true inspiration for Alexis’s Ladybug theme party? Here’s the story from her mom Jennifer: “Our ladybug theme came from an incident that happened two weeks before Alexis was born. My husband and I had went into her bedroom to check just once more that everything was in place and perfectly set up for her arrival. When we entered we noticed dark spots on her walls and windows. As we got closer we discovered there were ladybugs everywhere in her room! We spent about an hour and a half catching and releasing all the ladybugs from her room that night and for a couple nights after. That was when I fell in love with ladybugs and decided her first birthday would be all about ladybugs!”

Jennifer purchased all her decorations online with Celebrate Express and Alexis’s birthday cake was created by a local bakery, La Patisserie. Jennifer knew that cake would be beautiful but it surpassed all of her expectations, not only was it gorgeous to look at but it was incredibly delicious too.

Alexis’s Ladybug theme party was a huge success. All of her friends and family had a wonderful time celebrating the first year of her life with her parents and they can’t wait to see what the next year brings.

Ladybug Love, what a delightful and beautiful celebration for Alexis Rose, thanks for sharing!
Enjoy!
